Our users are the best Problems finders as they use the product in reality. Therefore, they can point out some problems easily. However, they are the worst solution finder as they have no expertise in technology yet they always jump into the solution at first. So, be very aware of this in your critical thinking process when reading user suggestions.

You may relate this to the term ‘Problem space & Solution space’. Yes, you’re right. For those who are unaware, while building a product, we have to explicitly identify these spaces. One of the biggest issues while building products is too focusing on the solution space.
