The question is understand your expectation and motivation to work. Hence, it helps the hiring manager to have an idea if you are a good fit. In your answer, you should clarify these points:

About your previous job

For this question, focus on discussing your previous job responsibilities and how they relate to the vacancy. Be sure to highlight any relevant accomplishments and achievements as they demonstrate your expertise in the field. Additionally, emphasize how the skills you developed in your previous role can be applied to the new position. Moreover, discuss any specific challenges within your job that helped you grow and expand your skillset.

What is your expected salary?

It is best to be honest when answering this question. You can do some research beforehand to understand the market rates for this position in your area. Provide a salary range that includes an optimal salary figure while ensuring that it aligns with the market rate. You can also mention that you are open to negotiation and look forward to discussing the compensation package in greater detail.

For me, I usually provide my current package as well because I believe it would be a great anchor point if you want to negotiate a high salary (if your current salary is not high enough, I would recommend not mentioning it).

Where do you see yourself in five years?

For this question, the employer want to know if your expectation is align with the company, especially the career path of the role you are applying to.

To answer this, describe how you plan to develop within the company and grow professionally in the position of a product owner. Showcase your motivation for staying with this company while acknowledging that your future endeavors may evolve over time. Additionally, discuss how the skills you will gain in the current position will help you grow professionally and work towards achieving your career goals. Finally, ensure that your goals align with the company’s values and objectives.
